  A-1-122 George Binder Probate of the will of George Binder of the Township of Wellesley, Yeoman, deceased, on the petition of Adam Bopert and George Lambertus the Executors named in said will and which will was written in the German language and annexed is a translation thereof into English duly certified by a Notary Public… I the undersigned George binder make the day the 21st December 1856..My will and Curator named Adam Bopere and Go. Lambertus and, the Adam Binder has first to deduct two hundred and eighty five dollars but the mother has of all her dower (Lnibzürz?) but after the death of the mother they make the remainder in four parts. The debts however must all be paid for this and above named Curators and following witnesses… Witnesses George Binder and Hubert H.
