Notes - RAMER, John Passed away, at the K-W Health Centre, Grand River Hospital, on Wednesday, May 7, 2014. John was born 65 years ago, a son of the late Jonas Ramer (1987) and Norma (Gingerich) Ramer (2013). Beloved husband of Lorraine (nee Todd) Ramer of New Hamburg. Loving father of Philip Ramer (Felicia Cress) of Sudbury and Sarah Ramer (Ryan Anderson) of Toronto. Dear grandfather of Cameron, Alyson and Kaitlyn Ramer. Also remembered by his siblings David (Mary Kay), Ruth (Dave Fennell), Edith (Konrad Spilles), Mary (David Haus) and Miriam (Ron Wettlaufer). Dear son-in-law of Edith Todd of Saskatchewan and the late Dick Todd. Brother-in-law of Leslie Todd (Kathy), Brenda Todd, Dennis Todd (Linda), Gerry Todd (Joanne), Rita Peterson (Eric). John was predeceased by a brother Steven Ramer (2008), and brothers-in-law Russell Todd and Glen Todd. John was a Diesel Mechanic and he owned and operated Ramer Welding and Trailer Repair. He was a member of Wilmot Mennonite Church. Visitation will be held at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg, on Saturday from 7-9 p.m., and on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A memorial serwvice will take place, on Monday, May 12, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Steinmann Mennonite Church, Baden.
