- BRUBACHER, Pearl (Mrs. Morris) - Peacefully, on Friday, June 29, 2007, at Chateau Gardens, Elmira. Pearl (Kenney) Brubacher, in her 102nd year, of Elmira. Beloved wife of the late Morris Brubacher (1984). Dear mother of Evelyn and Archie Wilson and Jean Campbell all of Elora. Also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, David (Cindy) Wilson, Susan (Richard) Lauzon, Bruce (Ingrid) Campbell, Patricia Campbell, Cathy (Chris) Lyon and her great-grandchildren, Heather and Andrew, Nathan, Bart, Andre, Patrick, Allyne, Matthew and Samantha and her first great-great-grandson, Holden. Pearl was predeceased by her parents, William and Ida Kenney; one brother, Clarence; one sister, Florence and son-in-law, Robert Campbell. Pearl was a life long faithful member of Gale Presbyterian Church, Elmira and the Trillium Rebekah Lodge, Elmira. The family will receive their friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira this evening (Tuesday) 7-9 p.m. At 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 4, 2007 transfer will be made to Gale Presbyterian Church, Elmira for funeral service at 11 a.m. followed by interment in Elmira Union Cemetery. In her memory, donations to Chateau Gardens Auxiliary or Gale Presbyterian Church would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy."
