  Mary Ruberta - passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday October 9, 2008 at her residence Lanark Heights, Kitchener. Mary was formerly of New Dundee. She was born 86 years ago in Waterloo Township a daughter of the late Jeremiah & Hannah (Schiedel) Keffer. Mary was a member of Bethel Evangelical Missionary Church, New Dundee and the New Dundee Women's Institute. Loving mother of Elizabeth & Herbert Genrick of Palmer Rapids, Kathryn Genrick of New Hamburg, Sharon Kaczmarek of Hamilton, Marilyn & Radford Radke of Tavistock, Nancy & Charles Haldane of Stratford. Also remembered by Stefan Kaczmarek of Kitchener. Sadly missed by her 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Carl & Rande Keffer of Cambridge, Edith & George Albrecht of London and sister-in-law of Nesta Keffer of Delhi. Mary was predeceased by son-in-law Earl Genrick (June 13, 2007), brothers Walter and Gordon (in infancy)and by sister Hannah (in infancy). Friends and relatives may call at Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. On Monday October 13, 2008 transfer will be made to Bethel Evangelical Missionary Church, New Dundee for the funeral service at 11: 00 a.m. with Rev. Graham Burkhart officiating. Burial to follow in Union Cemetery, New Dundee. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association or the charity of one's choice.
