      ELMIRA Otto C. Weppler. 70. of Elmira, died today at K-W Hospital after a six-month illness.

      Mr. Weppler was born Jan. 28, 1891, at Neustadt. He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Weppler. He operated a dry goods store and the Selrite Store in Elmira for many years

      Fle was a member of St James Lutheran Church, Elmira. the Elmira Community Service Club and the Board of Trade. In 1920 he married the former Rose Gebhart. who survives.

      Also surviving are one son. Lorne of Elmira; one daughter. Mrs. Norman (Alice) Sanders of Toronto; two brothers, Frederick and Jacob of Neustadt: one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Evers of Kitchener, and eight grand children.

      The body will be at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor, Elmira. until Tuesday noon when removal will be made to St. James Lutheran Church for service at 3 pm Burial will be in Elmira Cemetery
