  Died: At Waterloo, on Tuesday, February 8th, 1881, after a lingering Illness, Louis Zoeger, Aged 50 Years, 5 Months and 28 Days. Funeral; On Friday, Febr. 11th, at 1 o'clock P. M., from the residence of the deceased to Mount Hope Cemetery. Friends and acquaintances are respectfully invited to attend. Waterloo Historical Society Death Notices Collection - original card ____________________ We regret to see in the Berlin News an announcement of the death of Mr. Louis Zoeger, for many years hotel-keeper in the town of Waterloo. The deceased gentleman was well known and much respected throughout the County. He had been suffering for a length of time, and his death was not unexpected. He was a brother of Messrs. Christoph and John Zoeger, the former in his lifetime, of Petersburg, and the latter now a resident, we think of Wellesley. Mr. Zoeger, was aged about fifty-five years.
