  BAETZ, Norman - At the Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Thursday, January 9, 1997, Norman Baetz, formerly of Marsdale Manor, Cambridge in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Gladys Baetz and dear father of Aileen Ferguson and her husband Archie of Cambridge. Beloved brother of Clara Baetz of Cambridge and dear grandfather of Michael and his wife Deborah, Jo-Anne Gurney and her husband Joseph and Janet Clark and her husband Greg. Also survived by 8 great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his sister Almeta Hamacher and by his brother Harvey Baetz. A joint Memorial Service for Mr. Baetz and his wife Gladys Baetz who passed away on Sunday January 5, 1997 took place at The Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St., Cambridge on Saturday January 11, 1997. Cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Trees of Caring at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family. Cambridge Reporter - Jan 1997
