- MRS. WILLIAM INNIS
OTTERVILLE - Mary Adams Innis wife of Willlam Innis, Otterville, died Wednesday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Richard Brayley. She was in her 85th year. Born near Roseville. she later moved to Galt. After her marriage she lived two miles east of Otterville. She is survived by her husband and three children, Samuel Innis, Otterville; Mrs. Brayley and Mrs. M. Malcolm, Teeterville; a sister, Mrs. Charles Scott, Galt, and a brother, John Adams, Chicago. Mrs. Innis was a member of Springford Baptist Church. She organized several groups, including the Red Cross during the First World War, which later developed into the Otterville Women's Institute, of which she was the first president. She was a life member of the Baptist Mission Circle and she organized the first mission band of the Otterville Baptist Church. Mr. and Mrs. Innis celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary late last year. Mrs. Innis is resting at the Addison Funeral Home, Otterville.
