  BEARINGER, Howard Franklin Passed away peacefully, with family at his side, on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at Nithview Home, New Hamburg, at the age of 91. Beloved husband of the late Jessie Bearinger (nee Milne) for 61 years. Loving father of Karen (Willard) Martin of Elmira, David (Debbi) Bearinger of Mannheim, Jim (Barb) Bearinger of Petersburg, Judy (Peter) Osborne of BC, Susan (Richard) Cressman of New Hamburg, Larry (Karen) Bearinger of Tavistock and Kevin (Doris) Bearinger of Baden. Cherished grandfather of 17 grand- children and much loved great-grandfather of 18 great-grand-children. Dear brother of Olive Brubacher, Reta Bearinger and Willard Bearinger. Predeceased by a brother Melvin and sisters, Irene, Beulah, Mabel, Aleda and Violet. Howard and Jessie were long- time members of Mannheim Mennonite Church. Howard was a diversified farmer in Mannheim, an avid gardener and woodworker. Visitation will be held at the Mannheim Mennonite Church, 1494 Bleams Road, Mannheim on Friday, November 15, 2013, from 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday, November 16th from 1 p.m. until 1: 45. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. with Rev. Gord Alton officiating. Interment in Mannheim Mennonite Cemetery will be followed by a reception at the church.
