- Passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 6th, 2011 at Twin Oaks of Maryhill in her 80th year.
Beloved wife of the late Alfred (November 26, 2006).
Loving mother of Wendy Lebel (Paul) of Maryhill and Kevin of Victoria, B.C. and the late Richard (2010) and Carol (1961).
Dear grandmother of Cassandra, Brandon and Chad. Dorothy will be missed by her sisters Viola Zinger of Kitchener and Doreen Kurtz (Gerald) of Elora and her sister-in-law Frances Waechter.
Predeceased by her sister Jean Gosse, brothers Frank and Edward Waechter and parents Charles and Minnie (nee Bruder) Waechter.
Prayers were offered on January 10, 2011 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, followed by procession to St. Boniface R.C. Church, Maryhill for a Funeral Mass with
Fr. Ronald Voisin officiating.
Interment St. Boniface Cemetery followed by a reception in the Maryhill Community Centre.
As expressions of sympathy donations to St. Boniface Church or the Alzheimer Society of K-W would be appreciated by the family.
