    • GROFF, Miss Mabel - On Saturday, July 29, 1978, at the K-W Hospital, after a brief illness, Mabel Groff, aged 78 years, of Parkwood Manor, Waterloo. Survived by four sisters, Ida (Mrs. Albert Kaiser) and Louise (Mrs. David Jantzi), both of Kitchener, Elsie (Mrs. Omar Snider) of New Hamburg and Eva Groff of Binghamton, N.Y.; two brothers, Simeon of Cambridge (P) and Moses of Kitchener. She was born in Wilmot Township, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Groff (her mother the former Lydia Wilhelm). She was a member of Highland Baptist Church. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener. Funeral and committal service in the Ratz-Bechtel Chapel on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Rev. Arthur McDowell will conduct the service. Interment will be made in Waterloo Mount Hope cemetery.
