  A-2-176 Cornelius Weiler The Last Will and Testament of Cornelius Weiler, late of the Village of Preston, Yeoman, who died on or about the twenty first day of December in the year of our Lord 1862 at the Village of Preston, and who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at the Village of Preston in the said County of Waterloo was proved and registered in the said Surrogate Court a true coy of which said Last Will and Testament is hereunder written and that the administration of all and singular the personal estate and effects, rights and credits of the said deceased and anyway concerning his will was granted by the aforesaid Court to William Schwab of the Village of Beamsville in the County of Lincoln, Potter, the Executor named in the said Will…. In the name of God, amen. I Cornelius Weiler of the Village of Preston, Yeoman, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament. I will and desire that my Executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease shall pay all my just debts and I give and devise all my real and personal estate of what nature soever unto my beloved wife Elisabeth during the time of her natural life and upon her decease I give and bequeath all the remainder of my personal and real estate unto my Executor hereinafter named in trust to dispose thereof to the best advantage either by private or public sale and I hereby empower and authorize my Executor to grant a deed, or deeds, of conveyance for any or all my real property and upon receipt of the proceeds of the remainder of my real and personal estate to divide the same between Theresia, my eldest daughter, wife of William Schwoob[sic], Maria Anna my second daughter, wife of Martin Lam, and Elisabeth Puhl, daughter of my third daughter Maria Antonia, wife of Mathias Puhl, share and share alike after deducting all disbursements and reasonable charges of Executorship. And I appoint my son-in-law, William Schwab of the Village of Beamsville in the Township of Clinton and County of Lincoln, Potter, my true and lawful Executor.
