  Mr. and Mrs. John Hundt, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Montag Mr. and Mrs. John Montag attended the funeral of their aunt Mrs. Henry Montag who died very suddenly at Walkerton on Sunday forenoon and was buried in Formosa on Wednesday morning. The remains were interned in the family plot alongside her husband who pre-deceased her 18 years ago. He was born in Ederbach in Alsace, married Anna Maria Schmitthäusler of the same village in 1833 and emigrated to Canada in 1836, where he gained independent status through industry and thrift.
