  KUZYK, Theresa Anne (nee Sedlak) - Passed away peacefully, on Sunday, Sept. 3, 2006. Beloved wife of John M. Kuzyk. Loving mother of Aunna-Marie Kuzyk and John Kuzyk and his wife Monica. Proud Bapka to Christian and Michael Hager and Elizabeth and Peter Kuzyk. Theresa worked at Bell Telephone in Chatham and Guelph and also worked at Electrohome in the furniture department. There will be no visitation. A private family memorial service was held. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to the I. C. U. nurses and doctors at Grand River Hospital, for their caring support and attention and compassionate care to Mom. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 519-749-8467.
