  "CHATSWORTH LOSES FINE OLD CITIZEN" "Late Robert Sudden One of the First Village Councillors 85 Years of Age" "One of the best known and respected citizens of the Village of Chatsworth, Mr. Robert Sudden passed away at the home of his daughter Mrs. J. H. McMurray, 1149 3rd avenue west Owen Sound... In Chatsworth the deceased was very well known and for many years he was one of the most 'prominent men in that village. He was one of the first councillors in Chatsworth and served in that office for a great many years. He was also an elder in the Chatsworth Presbyterian Church and was a very earnest church worker. The late Robert Sudden was in his 85th year and with his wife had resided in Chatsworth for nearly fifty years. Eight years ago Mr. and Mrs. Sudden celebrated their Golden Wedding and had Mr. Sudden been spared for two more years the couple might have celebrated their Diamond Wedding which is a very uncommon happening.
