Notes - MARTIN, Rebecca (Mrs. Noah W.) - Peacefully, on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at her home. Rebecca (Martin) Martin, in her 93rd year of RR 2, Elmira. Beloved wife of the late Noah W. Martin (1995). Loving mother of Elmer and Mary Martin of RR 2, Elmira, Seleda and Henry Kraemer of Floradale, Verna and Leonard Bauman of RR 2, Wallenstein, Lester Martin and Ellen Martin both at home; and step-mother of Almeda and Alvin Martin of RR 1, Elmira, Sidney H. Martin of RR 1, Elmira, Aaron B. and Mary Martin of RR 1, Linwood, Clarence B. and Laurene Martin of Arthur, Nancy and Edwin Bowman of RR 1, Elmira. Also survived by 53 grandchildren, 223 greatgrandchildren and four great-greatgrandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, Jonathan and Magdalena Martin; one son, Alvin in infancy; one step-daughter, Velina Martin (2004); four grandchildren; two sisters; and three brothers. Friends may call at her home, RR 2, Elmira on Wednesday (today) from 1 - 8 p.m. and Thursday from 1 - 6 p.m. where Funeral Service will be held on Friday morning, October 31, 2008 at 9 a.m. then to the Elmira Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.1a
