  Diane Nyland Proctor starred in 1970 sitcom The Trouble with Tracy WATERLOO - Diane Nyland Proctor was no clueless klutz. The Waterloo whirlwind, who died this week at 70 of heart disease, was so different from the title character of the 1970 Canadian sitcom "The Trouble with Tracy." She was a talented actor, an elite dancer with the National Ballet of Canada and an award-winning director-choreographer. She worked in television, film and on stage. "She was just supercreative in every way," her sister Susan Shane said on Wednesday.
