    • ARISS, Frances (Fran) A. At the Village of Winston Park on Monday, January 25, 2010 after a lengthy illness. The former Frances Anne (Jimmy) Wey, aged 90 years. Fran was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church, the Carmel of St. Joseph Guild, St Mary's CWL, St. Mary's Hospital Auxiliary, Rockway Golf Club and the Swing and Whirl, square dancing club. Loving mom to Marilyn Dufresne, Murray and his wife, Annie, all of Kitchener and Paul and his wife Margaret of Calgary, Alberta; beloved Grandma to 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Ignatius Wey and Alma Sehl, her husband, Marshall in 2005, one sister, Helen Wey, and one son-in-law, Jerry Dufresne. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home , 621 King St. W., Kitchener, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 where parish prayers will be recited at 8: 30 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday at 10: 30 a.m. from Blessed Sacrament Church. Interment will be in Woodland Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Arthritis Society or St. Mary's Hospital Foundation through the funeral home. On line condolences may be made at www.mem.com.
