- KLINCK, Walter A. Peacefully, on Tuesday, Sept. 23, 1997, at Chateau Gardens, Elmira, Walter A. Klinck, in his 108th year, of Elmira.
Walter was born in Elmira, November 19, 1889; son of the late Charles Klinck and Elizabeth Oswald.
He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Elmira.
Beloved husband of Beatrice (Rahn) Klinck, who predeceased him, June 5, 1979. Dear father of Louis Klinck and his wife Marie of Elmira. Fondly re- membered by his grandchildren, Jim and Gwen Anne, Catherine and Mark, Elizabeth and John and great- grandchildren, Kelly and Heidi Klinck, Darryl and Jennifer Kraemer, Jack and Lily Martin.
Predeceased by five brothers, Arthur, Oscar, Clayton, Milton and Clarence and one sister, Rose.
There will be no funeral home visitation. A private family service was held from the Dreisinger Funeral Home Chapel, Elmira followed by in- terment in Elmira Union Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. James Lutheran Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated by the family.
