Notes |
- Mr. Geo. E. Hehn is a native of Normanby Township. He served his apprenticeship to the tailoring trade at Waterloo, and came to Elmira in 1894, commencing business on his own account. Three years ago he entered into the Gent's Furnishing business. At the beginning of the present year he formed a partnership with Mr. Simon Strome. The firm is doing a large business in Hats, Caps, Tweeds, Ready-to-Wear Clothing and Gents' Furnishings generally as well as custom tailoring. Both being practical tailors and cutters they are in a position to give the best of satisfaction in the custom department of their increasing business.
