The death of Mr. Adam Seegmiller took place at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Lembke, at Kitchener, on Friday morning, April 9th.

The late Mr. Seegmiller was born in Petersburg on April 18th, 1846. He was united in marriage to Miss Mary Madter of Wilmot Township about 48 years ago at Philipsburg by the late Rev. Muenzinger. He resided in Wilmot until 1877, after which he moved onto a farm in Carrick Township. He retired from farming about thirteen years ago and moved to Walkerton. Three years ago they sold their property in Walkerton on account of the ill-health of Mrs. Seegmiller and made their home with their daughter in Kitchener. He leaves to mourn his loss his widow and three daughters and two sons. He is also survived by one brother, Mr. George Seegmiller of Petersburg.

The deceased was a faithful adherent of the Lutheran faith and was one of the founders of the Lutheran Church in Walkerton.

Interment took place at Walkerton on Monday.
