  A-1-87 Mahlon Bergy Letters of Administration to the Estate of Mahlon Bergey, late of the Township of Waterloo, Carpenter, deceased, granted the Eighth day of February 1856, to Mary Sauter, sister of the said deceased, on her giving proof that her said brother died Intestate on or about the Twenty Second day of January, last past, on her giving a Bond and Security for the due Administration of such Estate herself and two securities in the persons of John Sauter and Samuel Betzner, both of the Township of Waterloo, the former a Blacksmith, the later Yeoman, each in the sum of One Hundred Pounds. The Inventory delivered being to the amount of £40/17/6 Letters granted 8 Feb 1856 Died 22 January 1856 Inventory £40/17/6 Surrogate Court Records Copybook Register A 1853-1871 transcript to 1863.
