ELMIRA - Mrs. Mary Forerster 78. died Wednesday at Elmira Private Hospital after a short Illness She lived In Hesson until seven years ago.
Born in Chepstow. Sept. I, 1876, she was the eldest daughter of the late Romanus Gras and former Josephine Stemmler. In 1895 she married Anthony Foerster of Hesson, who predeceased her In 1948.
Surviving are three sons, Albert of Elmira, Stephen of London, Ont., and Clarence of Glen Allan, seven daughters, Mrs. Sylvester (Prescilla) Schill and Mrs. Herb (Coletta) Cassel of Glen Allan, Mrs. Alfred (Rim) Logel of Waterloo, Mrs. Charles (Luella) Kraemer of Elmira. Mrs. Chalres (Leona) Logel of Peel township, Mrs. Jerome (Louise) Kraemer of Macton and Mrs. Thomas (Rita) Kraemer of Dorking.
Also surviving are a brother, Joseph Graf of Elmira, two sisters. Mrs. John Lineman of Hesson and Mrs. Walter Gohl of Florida, 69 grandchildren and 31 great grand children.
The body is at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor, Elmira, where prayers will be said Saturday at 8:45 sin. Requiem high mass will be conducted at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's RC Church, Hesson. Officiating will be Rev. Hugh Fleming. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
