    • PETTY, MRS. MARY MACK, Flint, Michigan. Age 85, passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Rapplaye, 4626 Bryant St., Flint, Mich.. at 11:40 Thursday noon. Mary Taack was born born Sept. 8, 1860, in Paris, Ontario, and came with her parents to Bay City in 1861, and in 1876 she came to Saginaw. She was married to Mr. Frederick Mack in 1877. He died in 1912 and she was married to Mr. Charles Petty in 1921. He died in 1928. In 1933 she moved to Flint and has lived there since. She is survived by five daughters and two sons, Mrs. Edward Moll and Louis J. Mack, both of Saginaw; Mrs. Clyde B. Rappleye with whom she lived in Flint, Mrs. Hayes J. Montville, Mrs. James Thomas of Dearborn, Miss Elizabeth Mack of Lapeer, Frederick Mack of Detroit; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grand-children. She also leaves one sister, Mrs. Rose Petty of Bay Port, Michigan. The funeral will take place at 2 o'clock Monday after-noon at the Case chapel. Rev. Emil Montanus will officiate. Burial in Oakwood cemetery. She can be seen at the Case chapel from Sunday morning until time of service.
