    • Bruce 'Red' Dubrick ~ peacefully, and in the early hours of Monday, May 13, 2013, Bruce Clyde 'Red' Dubrick of Listowel passed away at the age of 86.

      Beloved husband of the late Glenna (Slomke) Dubrick. Loving father of Don and Maria Dubrick of Kitchener, Dave and Kelly Dubrick of Stratford, and Darlene and John Whitfield of London; grandfather of Lisa (Kristine) and Chris (Heather) Dubrick, Ashley (Adam), Heather (Dan) and Scott (Amanda) Dubrick, and Merico (Kris) Tesolin, and great-grandfather of Alexandra and Austin.

      Brother of Joy (Clayt) Reidel of Waterloo, and Ron (Ruth) Dubrick of Hanover. Predeceased by his parents, George and Lavina Dubrick, and by his brother Robert.

      Red will be remembered by many family and friends, including his backyard feathered friends.

      Retired 26 years from the Listowel PUC, Red was an avid sportsman, excelling in baseball, golf, darts, and bowling. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and a good game of cards. A long-standing member of Listowel Legion Branch #259, his wonderful sense of humour and ability to poke fun at his friends and family will be greatly missed by all.

      Visitation will be held at Eaton Funeral Home on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., with a Legion Memorial Service at 6:30 p.m. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Red's life on Friday, May 17th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Listowel.
