- Morton Booth George was born at Listowell, Ontario on March 1, 1907 son of Arthur George and Clementine Hemsworth. He entered into the study of his life's work at Queen's University from which institution he graduated in medicine in 1933. He soon established himself at Tweed, Ontario; he was united in marriage to Catherine McDowell on July 2, 1938. He was a Veteran of World War 11 and after the War he took specialty training in radiology. Dr. George removed to Waterloo, Ontario where he served as a diagnostic radiologist and radiation oncologist. Dr. Morton Booth George died on April 6, 1992 aged 85 years 22 days
