    • James Turel.

      The death occurred on Sunday morning at the home of his son Mr. Menno Turel, of James Turel, in his 76th year. Deceased was born in England, coming to Canada when a small lad, with his parents. The greater part of his life was spent in the township of Woolwich where he followed his occupation as carpenter. His wife predeceased him twelve years ago. For the past year he has resided with his son.

      Four sons and two daughters survive him: Mrs. William Esch, Doon, Mrs. Alexander Schaefer. Bloomingdale, and Menno, Berlin, Jacob, Preston, John. Doon, and Nelson, Guernsay. Sask.. besides fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

      The funeral will take place to-morrow (Tuesday) afternoon, at one o'clock. from the residence of his son, 40 Caroline street, to the cemetery in Bloomingdale.
