    • The body of the late Mr. Gilliland was brought from Floradale and followed by a number of friends and relatives was interred in the Presbyterian cemetery.

      FUNERAL OF GEO. GILLILAND.      -The remains of Geo. Gilliland of Floradale, who died there on the 6th inst., were brought here on Wednesday evening to his sister's, Mrs. McKinley's, on the way to Millbank for interment. A short funeral service was held in the Presbyterian church here next morning, conducted by the Rev. W. C. Armstrong and was very largely attended. Mr. Gilliland formerly resided here, was an elder of the Presbyterian Church and was very highly esteemed. He leaves a widow, four sons and one daughter to mourn his loss.
