  DEATH OF MRS. J. JOHNSON The death occurred yesterday, at 1 p.m. of one of Hespeler's oldest citizens, in the person of Eliza Strain, relict of the late James Johnson. Deceased had been a resident of Hespeler for many years and was well known and highly respected by all. She was in her 83rd year and in spite of her advanced age was cheerful and bright up to the last. The funeral (private) will be held from the residence of her son-in-law, John Wilkinson, on Schmidt street, on Wednesday afternoon.
