    • Following a long and painful illness from that dreaded disease cancer there passed away at her home in Wellesley on Thursday, Nov. 24th, Catharine Fink, beloved wife of Mr. Robert Sanders, in her 63rd year. Although confined to her bed for five months previous to her death she was a patient sufferer and trusted faithfully in eternal rest. She was married to her surviving husband on Dec. 26th, 1888, the union was blessed with two sons and five daughters; namely: J. H. Sanders, Waterloo, and Robert at home; Alice (Mrs. H. Frankln), Maryboro' Township; Pearl (Mrs. G. Daniells), Windsor; Mary Ann (Mrs. John Duench), Milverton; Ethel (Mrs. H. Underwood), Bridgeport, and Florence at home. Three sons died in infancy. Thirteen grandchildren and three brothers, George, Henry and Duncan Fink and two sisters, Mrs. Pieper and Mrs. H. Miller also survive. She was born in Wellesley Township where she lived all her life and was a devoted member of the Evangelical Church in which she was an earnest worker. As a kind and loving mother the welfare of her family was always to her an important factor. The funeral which was conducted by Rev. Henrich, of North Easthope, took place from the family residence on Sunday, Nov. 27th, to the third line cemetery. The remains were borne to the grave by her son, J. A. Sanders, and five sons-in-law. She is gone from our sight but in our memory she still lives.
