- Peter Hammer Buried
Peter Hammer, of St. Jacobs who died at the Kitchener Hospital on Tuesday, was buried in St. Theresa's cemetery on Friday morning. The services were held in St. Theresa's church at 10 o'clock. Father John Arnold conducted the services, both in the church and at the cemetery. The pallbearers were Seraphim Krasmef, George Forwell, August Voisin, Medard Martin, George Sehwerer and Leo Boegel.

Peter Hammer
Peter Hammer of Elmira passed away at St. Mary's hospital On April 19th, in his sixty seventh year. He leaves to mourn his loss, his bereaved widow, one son, John Hammer of Prescott and one daughter, Annie. Four brothers and two sisters also survive. They are Paul of Elmira, John of Oregon, Francis of Peel township, Joseph of London. Mrs. Matthew Hahn of Wellesley and Miss Mary Hammer of Wellesley. The funeral will take place from the Lippert and Hunter Funeral Home on Friday morning. Mass will be celebrated in St. Theresa Church Elmira at 10 o'clock. Interment will be made at the Elmira R. C. cemetery.
