  Henry Schaefer - by Record Staff Writer - New Hamburg - Henry Schaefer, 88, of New Hamburg died at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, today after a long illness. Born in Woolwich Township, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ballentyne Schaefer. He farmed in this area until his retirement in 1945. He was a member of New Hamburg Baptist Church. Predeceased by his first wife, Elizabeth Heintz, and his second wife, the former Nancy Gardiner, he is survived by three brothers, John of Kitchener, Ezra of Windsor and Solomon of Hamilton; four sisters, Naomi of Preston, Mrs. P.G. (Anna) Buck, Mrs. Louise Cantle, and Mrs. David (Alberta) Main, all of Toronto. The body will be at the Bruce J. Omand Funeral Home until noon Monday. The service will be conducted at the Baptist Church at 3: 30 pm by Rev. John Branscombe. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Unidentified Newspaper Obituary
