    • Obituary of Mildred Boos

      1920-2012

      After a long struggle with dementia, Mildred Ann Boos died on Friday November 23, 2012. Mildred is predeceased by her husband, Bill Boos, her parents Florence and William Wolff, her sister Violet Hachborn and brothers Harold Foot and William Wolff. Mildred is survived by her devoted sister, Florence Osborne, Waterloo. Mildred will be remembered for her grace, bravery and strength as she met the challenges of her failing health. Her dear friends, Amy Phipps and Nola Mott feel blessed that they were able to support her on her journey. Mildred leaves many relatives and faithful friends that she cherished throughout her life. We send a special thank you to her family of loving nurses and caregivers at Columbia Forest Long Term Care and Home Instead. Our gentle figure skater will always be remembered for her warm greeting "I love you." However, we can all say, "Mildred, we loved you more." Cremation has taken place.
