  Magdalena Hagey, "was born April 25th, 1849. She was married to Joseph Haug who died at Nottawa, in 1884. His sudden death affected her to such an extent that her mind gave way. She is now in the Hamilton Asylum. They had a family of six children" Eby, Ezra E. (1895).
