  SHANTZ, Olive At St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, on Thursday, Nov. 11, 1982, following a lengthy illness, Olive Shantz, aged 86 years, of Nithview Home, New Hamburg. She was born in Wilmot township. A member of Shantz Mennonite Church, Baden. Sister of Russell Shantz and Violet (Mrs. Noah Heater), both of Waterloo and Edna (Mrs. Clinton Habel) of Kitchener. Predeceased by her parents, Herman Shantz and the former Sarah Ann Schmit;: two brothers, Lincoln and Lloyd; three sisters, Mrs. Alfreda Roth, Mrs. Lyla Roth and Mrs. Salena Cressman. The funeral service was held at the Ratz-Bechtel funeral chapel, Kitchener on Saturday, with Chaplain Gerald Schwartzentruber (Nithview Home) officiating.
