    • CHARLES STOESER was born at Josephsburg in the year 1870, being a son of the late Joseph Stoeser, one of the early pioneers. He was brought up on his father's farm, receiving his education at the public schools. After a few years spent at the carpenter trade Mr. Stoeser purchased the fine farm near St. Agatha on which he now resides. He is now serving his second term as member of the Wilmot Township Council.
