  KRESS, Margaret Wanda (nee Kuntz) Peacefully, on Sunday, July 8, 2012 at St. Mary's Hospital in her 90th year. Born in Bridgeport, Wanda was a life-long resident of Waterloo Region, living in Kitchener, Waterloo and most recently Elmira. The only child of Ethel (Freeborn) and Lincoln Kuntz who predeceased her. Predeceased by her husband William Spurgeon Kress (1977). Wanda is lovingly remembered by the Ross Girls: Karen Ross, Elmira; Janet Ross, Waterloo; Susan Beinarovics, Elmira, and their families. Also remembered by cousins and friends. Relatives and friends will be received at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., on Thursday from 10: 00 a.m. until the time of service in the chapel at 11: 00 a.m. with Reverend Mark Lewis of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church officiating. Refreshments and fellowship to follow in the Ratz-Bechtel Family Centre, private interment at Woodland Cemetery. Thank you to the many people who were involved in Wanda's care as she coped with her illness, including staff at St. Mary's Hospital, Grand River Hospital - Freeport, and Chateau Gardens Assisted Living Centre, Elmira. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church T.V. Ministry or The Lung Association would be greatly appreciated.
