- MR. HENRY CONRAD
The death occurred about 6: 30 this morning of Mr. Henry Conrad, at his home on Noecker Street. The deceased has resided in Waterloo with his sister Miss Caroline Conrad for the past year, coming to Waterloo from Erbsville where he farmed. Other relatives living are a brother, Mr. Peter Conrad of Trout Creek, a sister, Mrs. John Schnarr, of Mildmay. William and Jacob Conrad the local hardware merchant are cousins of the deceased. No funeral arrangements have been made as yet.

Henry Conrad
Henry Conrad of RR 2, Petersburg, died Friday at K-W Hospital, after a brief illness. He was 78.
Born Oct. 24, 1890 in Wilmot Township, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Conrad and had lived at RR 2, Petersburg for the past 28 years.
He farmed for 20 years until his retirement in 1941 and was a member of the Rosebank Brethren in Christ Church.
He was predeceased by his wife, the former Priscilla Roth, and one brother. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Lorne (Emma) Dichert of St. Jacobs, Mrs. Gustav (Minnie) Podann of Stratford and Mrs. Walter (Martha) Herrle of St. Agatha.
Funeral service was held at the Rosebank Brethren in Christ Church on Monday, Rev. Wayne H. Schiedel officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
