  Umbach - August 26, 1969, Arthur Umbach, aged 79 years, 1002 2 Ave. N.E. Surviving are four sons: Eldred of Nairobi, Kenya, Ronald and Lorne, Calgary, Newell of Casper, Wyoming: a daughter, Mrs. Walter (Joy) Aris, Blairmore.: 13 grandchildren, a brother Hilton, Carstairs, two sisters, Mrs. Laura Beckner, Calgary and Mrs. Willa Mason, Delia; two stepsons and a step daughter. Born in Waterloo County, Ontario, Mr. Umbach came to Carstairs in 1900 and farmed there and also at Cochrane before retiring to Calgary in 1949. Services at "The Little Chaplel on the Corner" (JACQUES Funeral Home) Thursday at 3:00 p.m., Rev. John Davidson officiating. Interment at Queen's Park Cemetery
