  ANDREW RICHMOND The death occurred at Campden on Saturday of Andrew Richmond, in his 73rd year. He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Richmond, who farmed in the Washington district. As a young man, he learned the milling trade at the Goldie mill, Greenfield. He later worked at his trade in Toronto and in Iowa, U.S.A. On his return to Canada, he was for a number of years in partnership with I. K. Martin, Galt. He subsequently purchased a mill in Campden, where he died. Besides his widow, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Howard Graham, Montreal; one son; four sisters, Elizabeth Richmond, 'U.S.A.; Mrs. Oliver Hall, Toronto; Mrs. Morton Hall, Plattsville, and Mrs. George Webster, Galt; and three brothers, William, Kitchener; John, Hamilton, and Robert, Toronto. The funeral took place to Ayr Cemetery on Tuesday afternoon, the service being conducted by Rev. R. A. Steed. The pallbearers were six nephews, Arthur Tew, James Tew, George Tew, Willson Richmond, Ross Richmond and Perry Thomson. The Ayr News Oct 19 1944 pg 18
