  Elijah H. Strome ELMIRA\emdash Elijah H. Strome, 75, of 58 Centre St., Elmira, died Monday at the Martin Nursing Home, Elmira, after a lengthy illness. Mr. Strome was born near Linwood, Aug. 7, 1883, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Moses Strome. He was a salesman. He attended Elmira Pentecostal Church. He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Harmer of Platteville, Mrs. Reta Sherrer and Miss Grace Strome, both of Galt. Two brothers and two sisters predeceased him. The body is at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor, Elmira. The funeral will be conducted in the chapel at 3 p.m., Wednesday. Burial will be in Hawkesville Cemetery. Rev. M. L. Wilson will officiate.
