  Henry G. Peppler NEW HAMBURG, Jan. 15., Henry G. Peppler, 81, former Tavistock business man, died Saturday afternoon, at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener. He had been in ill health for some time, owing to a heart condition. For the past few years he had made his home with his niece and nephew, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Pauli, R.R. 2, New Hamburg. He was born in Woolwich Township, in April, 1869, a son of the late George Peppler and Elizabeth Guenther. As a young man he learned the tailoring trade. He lived in Newton Robinson for some years, moving to Tavistock, where he associated with Peppler Brothers, for 28 years. His wife, the former Catharine Small, predeceased him in January, 1948. The funeral will be held tomorrow, at 2 p.m., from the Futher-Omand Funeral Home, with services conducted by Rev. J. A. Taylor, Shakespeare Presbyterian Church pastor.
