  BITSCHY, Edward A At the K-W Hospital, on Saturday, Jan. 12, 1980, Edward Bitschy of 600 Greenfield Ave., Apt. 204, Kitchener, aged 67 years; a member of St. Aloysius RC Church, born in Maryhill. Husband of the former Gladys Harnack; father of Donald of Waterloo, Phyllis (Mrs. Robert Kroetsch, Mrs. Rosemary Pagett, Kathy (Mrs. Barry Wyatt), all of Kitchener; brother of Bill and John, both of Kitchener, Harold of Maryhill, Mrs. Minnie Spitzig, Marie (Mrs. Harold Karges) and Mrs. Mabel Harnack, all of Kitchener, 11 grandchildren and one great-grandson also survive. Especially remembered by Ruth, Rick and family and by Carmen. He was predeceased by his parents, Walter Bitschy and the former Clara Yantz and one sister. Friends called at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W.. Kitchener, where the parish prayers were said Monday. at 8 p.m. Prayers were said at the funeral home on Tuesday, at 9:30 a.m., followed by a funeral mass and committal service at St. Aloysius RC Church, at 10 a.m. Interment St. Boniface cemetery, Maryhill.
