- BRIDGEPORT
After a brief illness, Edith Margaret Williams, 25, died Monday at St. Mary's Hospital. Born in Bridgeport on July 9, 1914, a daughter of Mrs. Mary Williams and the late Charles S. Williams, she was employed with the Merchants Rubber Company. Deceased attended St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Bridgeport, and taught a Sunday school class. She was also a member of the Luther League. Besides her mother she is survived by two brothers, Victor Williams of Kitchener and Albert Williams of Bridgeport; three sisters, Mrs. Norman Schmidt of Kitchener and Misses Grace and Constance Williams, both of Bridgeport. Her father died 18 years ago. Funeral services were held on Wednesday.
