  CHRISTIAN KROPF - 1961 Christian L. Kropf, 72, of 67 Janzen Ave., died Tuesday at his home after a heart seizure. Born in Mornington Township Oct. 26, 1888, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. David N. Kropf. He moved to Kitchener from Poole 43 years ago and was employed by the Waterloo PUC for 18 years. Survivors include his wife, the former Barbara Habermehl, whom he married Nov.12, 1911, at Poole; two sons, Clarence and Lloyd of Kitchener; one daughter, Mrs. Paul (Viola) Korroch of Parry Sound; four brothers, Peter and John of Waterloo, Joseph of Wellesley, David of Poole; two sisters, Mrs. Christian Brunk of Brunner, Mrs. George Poole of Milverton; 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home where the funeral will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. by Rev. Wilfred Ulrich of Stirling Avenue Mennonite Church. Burial will be in the Woodland Cemetery.
