  Obituary for David Gregory Boomer Boomer David Gregory (NIP) of Cambridge in his 63rd year, passed away peacefully on the 17th of October 2018 from postoperative complications. Dearly loved father of Travis (Amy) and Tyler (Marie). Proud grandfather (Poppy), of Cecelia and Caden, Justin and William. His siblings Jackie Holmes, Marilyn Schmitz (John), Brenda Hagey (Brian), Gary Boomer (Debbie), Harry Boomer (Fay), Randy Boomer (Donna), and their families survive Dave. Fondly remembered by many nieces & nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews, and special friends. Predeceased by his parents Stan and Muriel, by his elder brother Terry, and by his nephew Alex. For those who knew Dave, we will all miss his quiet pleasant nature, his enjoyment when spending time with friends, and his love of sport. He was active in snooker and pool, where he made a trip out to Saskatchewan, this past May, to represent Hespeler Legion in the 8 Ball Nationals, and of course his love of the Toronto Blue Jays and Maple Leafs. Cremation has taken place. A private family interment will take place on Thursday, November 1st 2018 at 11:00 am at the New Hope Cemetery. Come and join the family for a Celebration of Dave's Life at the Hespeler Legion in the lounge from 2:00 to 5:00 on Saturday, November 10th 2018. Please bring any photos to add to the memory board, as well as, fond memories and reminisces to share. There will be a light lunch provided and lots of comradery.
