    • Mrs. Cecil Wagner

      Mrs. Cecil Wagner of 1440 King St. E. died Sunday at her home after a brief illness. She was 71.

      The former Ethel Braun, Mrs. Wagner was born near Bright and was a daughter of Mrs. Aaron Braun of Kitchener and the late Mr. Braun. She lived in Kitchener for 53 years and was a member of Charles Street United Brethren Church, and the Women's Missionary Association. She was also WMA social convener.

      Surviving besides her mother are her husband, three sons, Delton and Monkton, Alvin of Picton and H. Glenn of Dorset; one daughter, Mrs Kenneth (Loreen) Meyer of Baden; one brother, Gordon of Kitchener; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

      The body was at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home where the service was held Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. Rev. Keith Nicholson and Rev. A.W. Woolner officiated. Burial was in Memory Gardens.

      Donations to the memorial fund of Charles Street United Brethren Church were accepted as expressions of sympathy.
