      WALLENSTEIN— Suffering from injuries received when kicked by a horse about 18 months ago, Leander Bowman, 20, of Wallenstein passed away at the K.-W. Hospital on Monday morning. The young man had been in fair health until about three months ago when he was taken to the hospital and after several operations failed to respond. Surviving are his parents, Mr, and Mrs. Samuel F. Bowman, two brothes, Edwin of the 3rd of Peel, Noah at home, also five sisters, Mrs. Elias Bauman of Wallenstein, Mrs. Peter Metzger of St. Clements. Mrs. Tilman Brubacher of Winfield, Salina and Minerva at home. The funeral was held on Wednesday morning from his home about one mile west of Wallenstein to the Peel Mennonite Church with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Rev. A. Bearinger of Wallenstein was in charge of the services.
