- LAURA STOUFFER (nee Hallman) 1912 - 2005
Passed away peacefully, at Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Alliston, on Thursday, February 17, 2005, at the age of 92 years. Laura is survived by her daughter Ann Psutka and her husband Dieter, and son Paul Stouffer and his wife Suzanne, grandchildren Paula and Joel Stouffer, Chris and his wife Anna, Nathaniel and Alisdair, as well as many nieces and nephews. Laura was predeceased by her beloved husband of 54 years, Elmer, two sisters, Ida and Amy and two brothers, Leighton and Morris. Laura was one of the longest living members of First United Church, Waterloo. She will be fondly remembered for her love of music. Her warm, caring smile for all, brightened every room she was in. Laura's light will shine forever. Friends are invited to share their memories of Laura with her family at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo on Saturday, February 19, 2005 from 2-3 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate her life will be held in the chapel of the funeral home at 3 p.m., followed by a reception in the Fireside Room. Interment will be held at Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener at a later date.
