Peacefully at Heritage House, St. Jacobs on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 in her 100th year. Much loved wife of the late John Kienapple (1979). Loving mother of Ken and his wife Monika of Waterloo and Teeswater (on weekends). Survived by sisters in-law Irene Kuntz, Lena Kuntz, Dorothy Walsh, Helen Schiel and Joe and Bernice Kienapple. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends for many memorable kind moments. Predeceased by her parents Elizabeth and John Kuntz, brothers Peter, Jake, Louis and Clarence and by sisters Ann Klein and Mary Schiel. Marcella and her husband John, operated Kienapple's Garage from 1946 until 1976 when they retired. She enjoyed her garden, cooking and baking and she never turned down the opportunity for a good game of euchre or solo. She lived in the house her and John built until 2012. Special thanks to the many relatives and neighbors in Waterloo and Teeswater for their help and support these last years. We also wish to thank the wonderful staff at Heritage House for their excellent and loving care of Marcella and making us always feel like welcomed family.
